Israel Solar Feed-in Tariff (2026)
As of January 2026 (Decision 70103), the residential solar feed-in tariff in Israel is 0.48 ILS/kWh for systems up to 15 kW AC. This page lists all tiers and the urban premium.
Feed-in tariff tiers for photovoltaic installations registered in 2026, per PUA Decision 70103 (13.1.2025). The tier is determined by the approved AC capacity (Decision 72804, 8.12.2025).
| Approved capacity (AC) | Rate (ILS/kWh) | Rate (agorot/kWh) |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 15 kW | 0.4800 | 48.00 |
| Up to 100 kW | 0.3731 | 37.31 |
| Up to 300 kW | 0.3437 | 34.37 |
| Up to 630 kW | 0.2844 | 28.44 |
The tiers are progressive: each capacity band is paid its own rate, so a large system receives a weighted average, not a single flat rate.
Urban Premium
An additional 6 agorot/kWh on total production for dual-use installations in designated urban localities (Decision 66406, 6.9.2023). Valid for the eligibility period set by Decision 66406 (Section 37); the key entry condition is a distributor response by 31.12.2026.
